Is there anything more relaxing than watching a cat looking out a window?  As the sun streams in through the window, our brown tabby briefly wakens from her nap to check out the domain.  She will soon close her eyes again to dream about the birds in the backyard...

This portrait of Lulu, an affectionate brown tabby was created using hand-painted and embellished found papers such as maps, sheet music and old textbook pages.  Each piece included tells a bit about the story of this cat who loves her people and enjoys sitting in the window. I used to have a brown tabby who slept on top of my head on my pillow at night.  I knew all was well with Tigger looking out for me.
